Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped via Ace Courier, Dan Foss or Purolator unless requested or noted otherwise.

The daily cut-off time for orders to be shipped same day is 3:15pm.

Orders placed after 3:30pm will not be shipped until the next day unless your courier is picking up.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA has been filled beforehand or an RMA is attached to the returned item. All non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee at our discretion.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return requests received after this period will be denied.

There are no exceptions to this policy!
